All our marine engines comes with our 7 years 500 hours warranty. Since 1986 US ENGINE has sold all our marine engines with this warranty. We are not new to long warranty, we are the leader. Our marine engines are built to last longer than 7 years. Highest quality marine engines.
4.3 Marine Engine
We build 4.3 marine engines that have around 50 more horse power over factory engines. This marine engine will use less fuel US ENGINE has tested this.
350 MARINE ENGINE
We have built thousands of 350 marine engines. The 300 horse 350 will use less fuel because of our higher compression pistons. Its worth the extra cost to purchase 300 horse 350 marine engine.
454 MARINE ENGINE
454 marine engine with 330 horse power are not fuel efficient, the low horse power uses lots of fuel. If your going to purchase a 454 marine engine order a 454 marine with 400 horse power, these use less fuel.
REPLACING 305 with 350 MARINE
Installing a 350 engine where a 305 engine original was is simple. You see the 305 and 350 marine engine are the same on the outside. The differance is 350 marine engine has larger bores and bigger valves. If you put the 305 and 350 engines next to each other they look the same. There is nothing to modify including fuel system and computer.
REPLACING YOUR 350 MARINE with 383 STROKER
383 stroker is made from two engines, the Chevy 350 and Chevy 400 engine. From the 400 Chevy we use the crankshaft however our 400 crankshafts are new. The 400 crankshaft is fitted into the Chevy 350 making a longer stroke
350 rods are used with special designed pistons. The cylinder heads, camshafts, timing gears and valves are all from the Chevy 350 engine. The Chevy 383 stroker makes more horse power but what most do not know the 383 stroker has much more torque.
Torque is what you need to move heavy loads like boats. Think of torque and horsepower this way. Big diesel trucks have 300 to 400 horsepower, but what moves them down the highway is their torgue 1,200 or more.
We have installed Chevy 383 strokers in customers boats and gained 15 miles per hour however you must change your prop to gain 15 MPH or you can have massive torque power up to 5,200 RPMS. Not changing your prop makes your boat great for pulling skiers and tubers. If you have 383 stroker marine questions just call we will be pleased to help
